Many people have given their different thoughts about what success is. They might have only spoken from their point of view and would be judged to be right. However, success is measured with achievement of goals. From the sociologist point of view, success is measured through the social stratification table. This in itself is the only way to define what success could mean. It would therefore be that one man's success is another man's failure. That is to say that success can be subjective and vary from person to person, as it is based on individual aspirations, values and circumstances.
A graduate whose father was a carpenter and had only a primary school education could be seen as successful in the realms of education.
Aside from personal achievements and financial accomplishments, success can be seen when a person has good health, positive relationship, happiness, personal fulfilment and a sense of purpose.
I will therefore define success as a continuous journey of growth, learning and overcoming challenges to reach one's full potential and create a meaningful and satisfying life.

Invisible Traits of Success
What you see is invisible to others. We inhabit a parallel world of perception, bounded by our interests and experience. What is obvious to some is invisible to others? George Monbiot
From the foregoing quote, you will see that success is not seen, it can also be invisible. Some of the invisible traits of success are as follows.
Mindset
Resilience
Emotional intelligence
Networking and relationship
Adaptability
Effective communication
Perseverance
Time management
Work ethic
Continuous learning
We can therefore come to a premise to agree that success is not just about climbing or reaching the peak of our career. Success can also be seen in starting a career. Many people who started a career are more successful already at the beginning than they realised.
It is rather unfortunate that many individuals do not know it. They feel that gathering wealth and belongings are the only yardstick for defining success. Some of these people even go down to inflict themselves with pain. Some could become devastated because they did not meet up with the time frame for submitting a task assigned to them.
The success of a journey though can be said to be in its conclusion, but in actual sense, It is in the starting point.
