Wow!
So true I love this particular phrase in your write-up, "every season is unbelievably long when there are no survival kits."
As I put some thought into It, it dawned on me that It cuts across every area of life.
Some seasons are like high moments when all seems rosy and bubbly, while some others may seem like low moments, dry or difficult season.
A way to thrive in every season, which you revealed by your write up is to have "survival kits."
In high moments, survival kit could look like, you valuing genuine relationships, and focusing on areas that matter most to you as high moments may come with it's own distractions.
In low seasons, survival kit could look like, having a strong notion that this too shall pass; tough times don't last, rather tough people do; showing gratitude; calling for and embracing help when you need it... e.t.c
Thank you so much for the beautiful piece once again.
