Hello everyone, good evening and welcome to my blog. Special thanks to @hiveghana for the wonderful prompts this week. And I also use this opportunity to celebrate the @hiveghana community. It's been 50 weeks of back to back prompts, voting, engagements and the rest. Its been an hectic, yet amazing and wonderful journey.
So we've been asked this week to talk about how the engagements and weekly prompts have impacted our lives. What we've loved about it and what we will like the community to change about the community
or suggest to help the community.
Firstly, I'll say I'm thankful to the team and the leadership in the hive Ghana community. Coining out this prompts, to accessing all entries, voting and the rest . I'll be starting with how the weekly prompts have impacted me. One will be my writing, I really didn't know I could write that much till i started engaging in hiveghana prompts. When writing alot of awesome and wonderful ideas pop up and to be very sincere fhre are always creative ones.
It has also impacted my goals. Like it has made me explore my thoughts, the way I feel and leading me to have this deeper understanding of myself and my goals.
Thirdly, sometimes while engaging the prompts, i.e while writing, i get challenged sometimes to approach a certain problem from a new angle and do you know what this has developed my critical thinking skills. I'm encouraged to step out of my comfort zone, write wide, build confidence, etc.
It has helped me express my thoughts and feelings more effectively. And now, my communication skills have seriously improved. It has inspired me to explore new topics, learn new skills, and expand my knowledge and understanding of the world.
Secondly, I'll be talking about what has made me loved the prompts or engaging it. One thing is the topics, its always striking. Its just like the person that gives the prompts talks about me. It just has something to do with me, there's this relation in every 2 or 1 out of the 3 topics to me.
I love it that the rules are not too strict, just keep to it and well, everything goes well. Sorry to say but I sometimes go to make an entry for a particular contest and sincerely I get scared and so many times i don't end up partaking. @hiveghana has made it so simple and I really applaud the team tor this, its so simple to the lay man understanding.
Lastly things, I'll suggest to make the whole process better or things I'll love to change. Firstly, the curation process is what I find difficult to understand. They are rules guiding engaging the prompts, if a participants keeps to the rules It's okay to say that the person article should be curated. I'm saying this because I have been a victim countless times. I sometimes wonder if there's something I didn't do right meanwhile, if checked, everything was done right but I end up sometimes not being curated. I feel the voting should go round, if the person isn't adhering at all, the punishment might be not getting curated at all. Thank you so much.
Thank you again for stopping by
Best wishes ❤️
