I think our lives are dependent on how we want it to look like. Some would want a luxury lifestyle while some just want peace of mind. The way of life you want for yourself would determine how your life would go. To some they believe they have to struggle so hard to make a better living for themselves and this is what they have believed in over time. While some don't even want to have themselves stressed at all.
There is no way you would be so hardworking and expect to see yourself sleep alot. Even the rich and wealthy ones we see that have a lot of money and we think are living fine, in the real sense they might not be living the kind of life they wanted. Though they have money, having the time to rest would come a little harder.
I have a friend who can sleep anywhere and anyhow. If he sits on a chair he can sleep comfortably in any form, he can sleep in the toilet and he can also sleep while having his neck going down his back.
But for me I really love it when I sleep at the right time. Even if it's just a few minutes of sleep, I really love to have it when needed. When I sleep at the right time I always have these feelings of being relaxed and relieved. But any slight discomfort or disturbance to my sleep then i am not going to sleep anymore.
This is more of a reason why I really prefer to sleep in a silent place where no one would disturb my peace, a quiet environment. I don't know why I find myself always attentive to sounds around even while I am deep asleep. Any ongoing conversations or movement will get me awake.
My sleep pattern is not so strange, just like everyone else might also experience. When I sleep much during the day time, I always find it difficult to sleep early in the night. That's just how it happens.
So most times when I feel I have a lot of work to do at night, like during my days in the institution when I have to read and prepare for tests and exams overnight. I will make sure I sleep at least three hours during the day so I can be up awake for the night.
I like it when I find myself sleeping comfortably, though I don't really distinguish where I can sleep, if it's a mat, on the floor, on a rug or even on a bed. I am good to go in as much as the place is comfortable and ventilated.
Sleeping is really important in human existence. And it's even said to be healthy when one has enough sleep. But excess of it could be detrimental to the body system.
