Hello everyone!
This morning I woke up and looked out of my bedroom window and there it was, what I'd been waiting for all those days ago! The rain! Wow, you can't imagine how happy I am because I love the rain so much!
I find something almost magical in the sound of the drops gently hitting the ground, the flowers and leaves of the trees. It's also an invitation to reflect, to step back and simply be present, to savour the moment.
What I particularly like is the way the rain transforms everything around us. The colours become more intense, the flowers glow under the effect of the drops of water, and the air suddenly seems purer, fresher. I love going outside at times like this, breathing deeply and feeling the freshness that soothes the body and mind. So as it wasn't raining too hard, I took the opportunity to go for a little stroll around the house and take a few pretty photos, which I'm sharing with you in this post!
A magnificent white rose beaded with raindrops. The purity of its petals contrasts beautifully with the vitality of the drops that have delicately fallen on it, like nature's caress after a gentle storm. The whiteness of the flower evokes a sense of peace, almost as if it symbolises a new era of calm after the storm. This image made me want to stand there and contemplate its fragile but resilient beauty.
Red roses, more intense and vibrant, still adorned with those crystalline drops. These roses have a more passionate character, as if they embody a deep, timeless love. The bright red, accentuated by the raindrops, makes them look like jewels. I watched them for a few moments, and they seemed to tell me a story of elegance and strength, despite the wind and weather they had to endure. It's this quiet strength that I love to capture on my walks.
The last photo, a spray of bright little red flowers that I've already shared recently in this post. Although smaller in size, these flowers are no less impressive. Their petals are covered in tiny pearls of water, as if the rain had given them ephemeral jewels. They stand proudly among the green foliage, adding a cheerful touch to the whole garden. These flowers remind me that, in nature, even the smallest things have their own sparkle and beauty.
I hope you enjoyed this little floral escapade. I really appreciate you taking the time to read and look at these photos with me. I look forward to seeing you soon for new discoveries on my daily walks. See you soon for another post!
