I think it is the duty of every consumer to read the labels carefully. However, it is the responsibility of the manufacturers to make these labels understandable and must be printed in a very clear and readable way unlike most that the labels somewhat needs a magnifying glass in order to be read by the consumer.

This is true but then, there can also be cases of fraud where the manufacturer would not make the ingredients available especially in cases where they will list the ingredient but not the quantity..
