MY INTRODUCTORY POST

in OCD10 months ago

Greetings Hiveworld! Good morning to my wonderful hivemates. How is everyone today? I trust you're all doing well.

My name is Etukudo David. I was born on May 16, 2002, and I come from Nsit-Ibom, in Akwa Ibom state. At 22 years old, I am currently a dedicated student studying microbiology at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. I have a strong passion for utilizing organisms, such as biodegradation projects, to contribute to making our world a better place. I am committed to making meaningful contributions in both my academic and personal endeavors. I am proficient in three languages: English, Igbo, and my native language, Ibibio. I reside within the university community at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Additionally, I possess skills in garment making, grilling (fish, chicken, goat, etc.), and AutoCAD. I am approachable, sociable, and I look forward to being warmly welcomed into the hive community.

HOBBIES

During my leisure time, I engage in a diverse array of hobbies that stimulate both my mind and body. Firstly, there's grilling—an activity that blends culinary creativity with the satisfaction of flavor mastery. I delight in crafting savory dishes over an open flame, experimenting with various marinades to tantalize the palates of my loved ones.

Another passion of mine is cycling, which offers a dual experience of physical exertion and scenic exploration. Whether navigating city streets or conquering rugged trails, the simple act of pedaling brings a profound sense of freedom and connection with nature.
Sports also hold a special place in my heart, providing both excitement and camaraderie. Whether participating in competitive games or cheering from the sidelines, I relish the energy and spirit that sports bring to my life.
Lastly, I am deeply committed to community service, finding fulfillment in giving back to those in need. Whether volunteering at local shelters or organizing charitable events, I believe in the power of collective action to make a positive impact on society.

OBJECTIVES

In my journey, I firmly believe in uncovering sources of joy and purpose. For me, happiness stems from my hobbies, as mentioned earlier. I am confident that these pursuits will continue to play a central role in my life. Additionally, I envision the Hive blog as a catalyst for positive change and growth in the world. One of my guiding principles is: "Within my hobbies, I find not only activities, but paths to self-discovery and development. Embrace your passions; they are the guiding stars leading to fulfillment and achievement." My goal is to chronicle my daily experiences and endeavors on this platform, sharing them with the Hive community. I extend my gratitude to my friend, @Emitex123, for introducing me to this exceptional platform, @ocd. I am excited to explore, learn, and strive for more through this opportunity. I have a strong thirst for knowledge, and I believe this platform will play a crucial role in fulfilling that thirst. Thank you for the support and encouragement.

you are welcome to hive sir

Welcome on board!

Welcome to the Hive community @bendave!
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Peaklock, and Hivesigner,
  3. The master password and the owner key are only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your password or keys; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. DO NOT OPEN any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.
