Today, I walked Aimee to work, bought us a coffee and dropped it into her, then hung out for a bit. Then took a stroll back up the town to drop off a few things to the post office to send out, and I actually got chatting with the guy behind the counter about Star Wars, he also collects the vintage stuff and we were showing photos of our collections. It was such good craic, and we must have been talking for a good 15 - 20 minutes in there.
Anyway, I left and started looking in some shops on the way up the hill. In one of them, I came across these.
Here's a few that caught my attention, Iron Men, Dr. Strange, and Thor.
I'm not a huge Marvel fan, but I know the characters when I see them, and I decided to pick them up.
They were €1 each, and I haven't looked them up properly yet, but from what I can tell, nearly every figure in this bundle goes for between €5 - €15, some even more than that by the look of things.
Here's a few others, which weren't actually on my mind to buy, but they fell out of the display while getting the others out.
They're pretty cool and two are complete, while one is missing the right head, and his helmet is mismatched.
Harley Quinn and the Jokers caught my eye instantly, and one of the Jokers was actually riding the motorbike which I thought was cool.
The bike + figure was €3, and I thought that was really fair. The one with no hair is suppose to have a purple fedora hat, which wasn't there, which is a shame, but even without it he'd sell.
I got Chris Prat on a motorbike too for €3 which was fairly decent.
I watched the first Jurassic World film when it came out, but didn't watch the other ones that came out afterward.
I got a classic Chewie, and a Mickey.
Everyone likes Mickey, and after seeing what everyone else is selling their Mickey's for, I realised I could get a few bob for my one, especially since it's clean.
(I'm sorry, I'm a child, I'll stop)
I got a bike too, and a drill, which were with one of the characters of the bundle, but I don't think they're meant to be with them.
Maybe I'll give these to the mouse, and with them, my Mickey will be well equipped for some drilling and riding.
(Okay, last one, I'm sorry.)
Anyway, I'm delighted with this haul, and in total I spent about €19, and I'm looking to make somewhere in the region of €90 - €120 if they sell.
I still need to look up pricing and all first though, so I'll do some research within the next few days, take some photos, and get these bad boys listed.
