Is it supposed to be a stable coin pegged at 1 cent?

No, it's not a stable coin like SWAP.HBD, it's not pegged to any amount. The stated goal of the token is to strive towards a valuation of $0.01. It's heading that direction, but still has a way to go. !BBH
