Change they say is inevitable. A normal process that can occur at any stage of the life cycle and affect all aspects of our live. Still, there exists a believe that many people fight change with all their might and energy. However, is it change that people have a problem with or is it the concept of change that they have issues with?
The thinking that is real is that people resist change when in real sense they resist the new experiences that are associated with change. It seems Clear that change can be a terrifying thing and that it can be completely overwhelming. Everyday stress can compel us to go out of our comfort zone and challenge ourselves due to fear and uncertainties. And for some, the concept of addressing these challenges directly is way too much to handle as a thought.
But, as few pay attention to the fact it is the stagnation that inevitably brings destruction. If we do not change and grow and develop not only in our personal relationships but in all areas of life we are doomed to be unhappy all the time. We fail to explore the potential that is in us and our existence is as meaningless as the life of a dog in a manger.
wherever fear of change is concerned, humans in effect will not only affirm their own destruction, but consciously do so. This we find time and again with people holding on to hold on to behavior even when it is not healthy and sticking to the past and not moving forward. Rather than take the risk and dare to be great or push for higher leverages, they opt for the destructure instead of the sublime.
Accepting change is not easy. It takes courage, perseverance and people being ready to embrace the unfamiliar. But it is also the enabler of a set of opportunities that, without the technology, are not possible to achieve. Unconsciously, they look for ways to exercise control over their lives and make them a lot better than they are or have ever been.
