In my chamber, I prescribe melatonin tablets for patients with sleep issues. LiveGood Sleep patch contains the same melatonin. It's just a different route of administration. Moreover, melatonin is nothing but a natural hormone in our body. So, a melatonin-based treatment option is nothing new.
I haven't tested the patch personally because I didn't need to. I found some good reviews on Facebook about this patch :) No harm in testing them :) @benthomaswwd
