A few days ago I presented the recipe for a moist chocolate cake, the desire to eat a moist chocolate cake came from weeks ago, where I was looking for it to buy a ration did not convince me, the recipe came to my hands and I took the opportunity for the holidays that were presented as Christmas, there was no sweet milky but chocolate cake.

Since it was a holiday, the cake could not be left naked, I proceeded to make a chocolate cream to cover it, here are the ingredients used and the preparation process.
Ingredientes
3 tazas de leche
2 tazas de azúcar( es posible menos azúcar)
1 taza de cacao
1 taza de maizina
2 cucharaditas de vainilla
3/4 tazas de margarina (puede aumentar un poco la margarina)
Because of the size of the cake, I increased the ingredients...I don't make cakes this big very often. But the desire and enthusiasm was stronger, so let's get to work.
Ingredients
3 cups of milk
2 cups of sugar (less sugar is possible)
1 cup cocoa
1 cup cornstarch
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cups margarine (you can increase the margarine a little)
In a pot, pour the milk, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, vanilla.
You can take the ingredients to the blender, in this case it was done with the hand mixer directly on the fire.
Stir very well over low heat, when the mixture begins to bubble, add the margarine and continue whisking.
Turn off the mixture, let it rest a little, place it in a container and cover it with plastic wrap, pressing it, so that there is no space left, this is to avoid crust formation. Let it stand until it cools down to room temperature.
Then, you will notice that the mixture is well compacted, you can stir to loosen with the whisk, in this case the mixer was used to give shine to the mixture.
Once the mixture was looser, I proceeded to cover the cake (as I am not skilled in these matters, I just expanded it to cover it). The idea at first was to make filling, because of the size I did not want to take any risk; as it was expressed in previous paragraphs I do not have the skill to do it (when it is a smaller cake, I proceed to cut it and make the filling).
This is how glossy the delicious chocolate cream turned out...besides giving a special flavor to the rich dessert. We all enjoyed it.
