It has been a while since my last Gods Unchained update. I decided to take a break as I have been busy with some other projects. However, I decided to start playing again and it has been really fun coming back.
I have stuck to playing my deception deck which has some pretty cool combos and counters that I like to put into action. It is not such an expensive deck, but it could be a good time to check out some possible upgrades.

Today's Battle - Deception vs. War!
In this week's battle, I manage to dispose of an aggrivating War deck!
1 Mana
I play second with Deutoria and Tough Townsfolk.
2 Mana
My opponent counters with viking blitz. I play a hidden monster and remove my opponent's frontline.
3 Mana
I use Cutthroat insight to slow down this aggro attack.
4 Mana
Things are heating up now with my opponent clearing. Time to use my god power, but the spell can't be used until next time.
5 Mana
My opponent buffs and I make a mistake and dont clear the right card.
5.5 Mana
I don't have much of an answer yet to my opponent, but am holding in there.
6 Mana
My opponent gets me down to 11 mana and removes my hidden, but can't finish due to shield. I do a deck clear and it is my turn to attack. My opponent has just 1 card.. things looking about to turn.
6.5 Mana
The godblitz gets me down to 8. I strike back and take the relic. I add a little heal to tide me over.
7 Mana
It's all over for my opponent as he runs out of cards.
Summary
I am having some fun with my deception deck and it is making the battles quite a bit of fun, but much longer than if you have a very fast aggro deck.
Weekend Ranked Update
With GU Decks down, it isn't possible to see how I am doing in this week's weekend ranking. Last week I only played half of the games and it is likely the same this weekend. So far I have a 50% win ratio.
My Collection and Earnings
Since my last update, I have now reached level 278(+7) and have 122(-3) shadow cards and 473(+6) meteorite cards. My collection value has decreased and is worth 2255 (2517) GODS tokens and value in fiat of $1144($1229) which really is overstating the value of cards as some have an illiquid market.
I have sold a few cards since my last update that I wasn't playing with anymore. These only raised me around $40, which isn't too much to buy some new cards with yet.
