I can't believe it's already weekend and I still want to write something fun and exciting that I can share with you. I hope I don't disappoint and that my experience puts you in a good mood right now.
Oh, look what I found!! A Giant Dinosaur skeleton, Tyranosaurus. Imagine these dinosaurs are alive and we humans are only that small compared to them. scary, uh!!
This is the appearance of Batu Secret Zoo from the front. We arrived and saw there was an inn there and a train passed in front of us.
That day my husband's family from Yogyakarta came to Malang to visit us in Malang. They were parents, older sisters, brother-in-law, and one cute little niece. They went to Malang by train and it was very fun trip. They stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and wanted to see the tourist attractions in Malang, especially in the city of Batu. They said that the air in Malang is cooler than Yogyakarta it is because Yogyakarta is hot. Especially the city of Batu, a city that is famous for its cool and fresh air even during the day. Batu city has indeed become a tourist destination for people from outside the city.
Before we go to dinosaurs, let's go to real living animals first. We see orange Flamingos swimming nimbly and enjoying the cold water for bathing. they are so beautiful, right?
After that, we were walking and stopping by a very big bear and it looked like he was sleepy because he was full.
Batu city has various tourist destinations, for example East Java Park 1, 2 and 3, Batu Night Spectacular, Batu Love Garden, Museum Angkut, Secret Zoo and Animal Museum. Yes, we went on an adventure to the Secret Zoo and Animal Museum or Museum Satwa. It was a lot of fun for sure.
While we were walking we took time to take photos with our family of course. We're a close-knit family, aren't we?
This is my father and mother in law, my husband, my sisters in law and her husband,and my cute niece.
The distance from Malang city to Batu is only around 45 minutes. We headed to the Secret Zoo first and when we got out of the car, the cold and fresh air could already be felt. At that time, it was daytime but the air was cold and I was very happy because I really like cold places rather than hot places.
Maybe in this post I don't have much to say because the photos I share already seem to tell something in them.
When we saw a baby lion, of course we didn't waste time taking photos near it. That's very cool right. There was one lion cub and we bravely approached it. Luckily, the lion cub kept quiet and didn't do anything dangerous.
Look, my niece named Valen, she's very brave, isn't she? She was the little girl who dared to approach the lion cub and take a photo with him alone.
Inside the Secret Zoo the place is very spacious and we were ready to walk along the road in the Secret Zoo looking at the animals around us. Yes, we had to prepare strong legs to walk in the large area there. You shouldn't be tired because there won't be any vehicles inside that you can use, hahaha. Are you ready to go on an adventure with me? Let's go!
We continued walking and found a big tiger sitting and relaxing. It seemed like our arrival didn't bother him at all.
After the tiger, we also saw a lion which looked like a doll to me. He saw us coming and he just sat there quietly without paying attention to us. Thank God. Hahaha
I don't know why, when we came these wild animals just sat around relaxing or even sleeping. They were not bothered by us at all and continued their activities. It seems like they are used to the presence of humans and instead they all look sleepy,don't they? During the bright day with cool air might make them sleepy all day.
In fact, my husband is a bird catcher. Look, the big bird immediately perched on his hand and shoulder happily and he looked comfortable being around him. he is an obedient bird and very adorable.
Our legs were still strong enough to walk and see cute animals around us. we found animals like in the movie Madagascar! yes, that's them. its name is the Ring Tailed Lemur, which is the mascot in the film Madagascar. It's so cute they look agile and nimble.
Next, see what we found. an agile and strong raccoon. If I'm not mistaken, this animal is found in many North American countries.
We see an animal or a vampire? His body was turned upside down and he looked like he was sleeping in broad daylight. At night, he will wake up and look for food. It is very unique!Does he suck blood?
We saw a lot of deer there and they seemed to be crowding around watching us pass by.
There are also lots of statues there for us to take photos of and they have their own charm, don't they?
