INTRODUCTION:

This is the second day of the project. We are going to discuss things a believer can easily achieve. The topic on our discussion is "BELIEVERS CAN ACCOMPLISH THESE"
Please read carefully for understanding. You are free to ask questions using the comment session.

CONTROLLING THOUGHT:

With the Almighty God, All things are possible to whoever believes in Jesus Christ.

KEY VERSE: John 14:12

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

BIBLE TEXT: Mark 16:17–18

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; >They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

MAIN DISCOURSE

When asked what humans are capable of, you might respond that they can walk, talk, sing.

You would be right, too. Baby humans, however, are unable to perform even one of those tasks!

Therefore, when God declares that believers will experience these signs, he is telling the truth. However, that does not imply that it will take place promptly and automatically.

We would have no issue accepting a human parent's claim that "When I have children, they will be able to accomplish what I do." It appears that God has said, in effect, "This is what my offspring will be able to do," in a similar manner.

What do you think? Is God lying just because not all of His offspring immediately after birth accomplish everything He promises they will be able to accomplish?

It is a very big mistake to debate God. Instead, we ought to believe what He said and figure out how to live it out.

We have all the potential of God's children since we were born again (spiritually), but we still need to mature, develop, and learn the skill of walking in our authority.

Jesus even advised that we would follow in His footsteps! But this requires confidence. Therefore, it won't happen unless we believe.
