"CONFESSION BEFORE SALVATION"

in FreeSpeech9 days ago

CONTROLLING THOUGHT:

Divine love is efficacious and merciful enough to continue to pardon us from all sinful nature and remove our transgressions.

KEY VERSE

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions (Psalms 51:1 KJV).

TEXT:

Psalms 51:1-17 (KJV)

MAIN DISCOURSE:

Salvation is the highest gift we will ever receive from the Almighty God. Sin embroils us, and we are habitual offenders. We can not tell why God chose to love us or to have mercy on us; His grace and compassion humble us. Early in the morning we turn to the Lord in prayer, we always ask for repentance, and by evening we have unknowingly committed the same or another type of offense. But the efficacy of God's love and His Mercifulness are enough to forgive us our sinfulness and to remove our transgressions.

PRAYER:

Dear Lord Almighty, we need your forgiveness and guidance to move away from the evil that temps us often. We ask with repentance and genuineness of our hearts, and with the intention to change, only to fail again. We appreciate Your everlasting love and we will work harder to rid ourselves of our sinful tendencies. In Jesus' name - Amen.

Sort:

Amen.
