It's the first day of the month and we know what we're gonna do about the first day and that is Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) hivians are going to power up their liquid into hive power to participate in the power up day and this power up day only happens once a month which is the first day of each month.
As expected, many people will power up their account and the minimum power up is 10 liquid hive for the hive use gets a notification from hive buzz and they will also get a badge from that certain power up month that they've powered up.
I started my hive power last April but at that time, I didn't know that there is a hive power up day and I only knew that there is this activity that hive buzz and one of it is the hive power up day, I joined it and eventually, it's now a habit that I will use that opportunity for my hive to power it up. I think it was a week before I discover about the hive power up day before the first of May and since then, I always do a HPUD day on the first day of each month.
With the current price of Hive, that means that it's pretty good than the last month, that is 0.29 USD per token and it's more like it almost double compared to the last month's price.
I have currently 3,951 Hive Power (HP) now and I powered up 20 liquid hive to my account to get me into 3,971 Hive Power (HP) and so far, it's been good since I first landed here in Hive last March of 2024 up until now.
From the hivestats, I got a total of 486.6 Hive power increase and I don't know why I got 486 HP and maybe the power up is not included in this calculation and only the author rewards and the curation rewards because when I total my last month's Hive power and now, there's a big difference from them.
From my last month's Hive power which is 3,445 HP compared with today's hive power and that is 3,971 HP (putting together with my power up) and I got a difference of 526 HP increase from my last month's effort of posting blogs, commenting, and curating.
My December's Hive Goal
For my December's Hive goal, If you are reading about my weekly goals yesterday, I included my last month's goal and I didn't reach it but I'm almost there to my goal. Since, I didn't get my goal for that month, I'm going to lower it again and this time, I am thinking about getting a goal of 450 Hive power in this month's goal.

Do I think I can do it? I don't know because we are not there yet but I'm doing my best to get to this goal before this month ends and I think there will be lots of activities that I will be posting since it's not December and there are lots of things that will happen in this month and one of that is the Christmas day and the New Year's Day.
I am at 90.25% to my goal for this month but I will start counting at 3971 HP in my next weekly hive goal. I am happy with my progress and I am doing my best that I can to get the best blogs that I will create every day.
I'm excited with this month's happenings because of the event that will happen and I'm pretty sure that there will be lots of blogs that I will share here on my own blog.
