Hello Hello. First time for me going out of my way to write this, but it's to show that you can diversify your content beyond your regular one, or you can write things that look hard but just need a little research, let's start!
What is Dow?
It's an Index Stock market that groups together the price of the stock of 30 of the most traded companies, giving the investors a clue of the direction of the market.
The companies that are part of the DJIA:

A record for Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA)
The price has been going up steadily as of 2023, and today it was the first time the price went over 38,000. This is also the shortest time the index has gone up by 1k even if due to the dimension of the amount it looks like a small percentage, in comparison to growing from 1k to 2k which is a 50%, this las record was a 2.7% increase
Are all the stocks going up?
No really, but it's a good green tendency. As of today, only eight of the thirty companies closed on red. The percentages up are also bigger than the percentages down. So, even when the uncertainty in the market, the tendency is positive, and the forecast says that Dow would get this year pass the 40k.
What could be the optimism be all about?
Multiple sources indicate that the boom of AI is bringing optimism to the market as improvements in the performance are expected. The cut of rates on the FED also brings speculation about about an increase of the economic activity in the short term, but it also calls to the consideration of an inflation effect where the increase in demand would rise the prices.
And I'm gonna go out of my way and add that this year in general has a feeling of positiveness overall, markets are going up or stable, and there different means now to ride a bear market.
