Coinbase seem to be in the news everyday, especially with their BASE blockchain. I am sure there will be more battles to come between Coinbase and the SEC.

I agree, they are really innovating in this space right now, so there will be challenges from the SEC on everything new, that they do.
It's a shame they must settle these issues in court, instead of some third path where they could speak to the SEC and modify their innovations before releasing them to have pre-approval by the SEC.
