Fallout is a famous gaming franchise and amazon took the rights to make a Tv Show on that concept. It is a post apocalyptic world where the whole world has been destroyed and the remaining survivors live under some sort of bunkers while the people who live on the surface are considered very violent.
This is the main theme of this Tv show whether to treat the surface dwellers as hostile enemies or should be treated similarly to the ones living in the underground bunkers. We see the world through the eyes of Lucy whose father is captured by the surface dwellers and Lucy has to take a scientist to these people in order to negotiate the freedom of her father.
Lucy at first is very careful in the surface world but she encounters friends who accompany her through her journey where she slowly start to realize that her father was not right about the surface dwellers being hostile and barbarians in fact the surface world might even deserve a second chance in terms of getting revived.
We see Lucy fight off various types of hostile forces in the form of mutated creatures but especially her experience with the ghoul is very riveting to watch. The ghoul is a mutated person who cannot seem to die and need certain liquid medications to survive as his health somehow regenerates because of his mutation.
This is a great video game adaptation and the best offering from Amazon prime really in all departments and you are gonna enjoy the twists and turns especially at the very end. I cannot wait for season 2 to begin. I will give this Tv Show 10/10.
