I think the crafting idle mode is really nice

I'm not sure but it seems to me that you have already asked this question... but not being sure I'll answer you :)
seasons have a duration of 7 days
After creating the team human intervention is 0 unless you decide to change the team
In future stages of development the game will take longer but should also be much more fun
