Hello everybody in the leofinance community and to all members of hive. This is my entry to the splinterlands battle mage challenge for this week. I am writing about a battle I fought a few hours ago. After finally advancing from the bronze level into the silver level, I finally had the chance to play with 2 rulesets and I was quite scared.

Ruleset and Its Meaning

This ruleset is the explosive weaponry ruleset which means that the all monsters have the blast ability.

This other ruleset is the holy protection ruleset which means that the all monsters have the divine shield ability.

Summoner and Team Choices

Round 1

The summoner buffs took effect and the battle began with my opponent attacking first and getting rid of the divine shield on my first card and second card due to the blast. My third card removed the divine shield of my opponent's first and second cards from the blast. The 4th card of my opponent's missed the attack but my 5th card killed my opponent's first and second cards.

My opponent's Djinn Oshanus who was in the third position at the start of the battle became the first card and my first card removed the divine shield on Djinn Oshanus and my opponent's current second card (Swamp Spitter). My 4th card, who was an opportunity card attacked my opponent's last card who had the least health removing the divine shield of that card and the card next to it. My last card stunned my opponent's first card and removed 1 health from the second card. My second card removed 1 shield each from my opponent's 1st and 2nd cards.

Round 3

My opponent's first card attacked my first card removing 3 health each from my 1st and 2nd cards which killed my 2nd card. My Djinn Oshanus removed 2 health each from my opponent's 1st and 2nd cards. My opponent's first card was healed and my current 4th card removed 2 health each from my opponent's 1st and 2nd cards. My last card killed my opponent's Coastal Sentry.
