Yeah, alts do follow Bitcoin's ups and downs... The only time when they can shine is when BTC slows down and consolidates... But, if BTC doesn't slow down, not sure when they will do that...
But, we will see very soon... 😃 I don't mind altcoins' slow growth at all... :)
