Germany’s car industry is crashing

Once the stars of Germany

Germany used to be known for bratwurst and cars, high end brands, like Mercedes, Audi, BMW, VolksWagen, etc…

They were the stars of the German economy, and also the leaders of the pack.

Today the situation is completely different, the brands are in trouble, tens of thousands of employees have lost their job already. They are even dragging the German economy into a recession. How can something like that happen so fast?

EU’s green deal

The Green Deal by the EU, which bans the sale of combustion engines vehicles as of 2035 has boomeranged the car makers in the face. They weren’t prepared for it, and cheap Chinese brands are. The EU shot itself in the foot. And still it isn’t planning to back down. The 2035 plan is still on, despite its economic consequences…

Madness!

Sincerely,
