So long for the transition

Today, the brand new BMW X3 was presented in Belgium. Another EV one would think. Guess again. The model is a complete combustion engine powered car. With the power and grandeur we are used to of BMW.

I was very surprised but also impressed, because it is a damn good car with a quite powerful engine and still sober in its use of gasoline, 6,5 litres per 100 kilometres.
For a big heavy car, that is quite impressive.

No electric model

People that will search for the electric version of it won’t find it. There will be a hybrid version later on, but that’s it. If that isn’t a statement from one of the biggest car manufacturers in the world!

Pigs will probably fly tomorrow! 😎
