I also believe every vote should be "given all" at 100%. I know from a financial or efficiency point of view, being careful with percentages makes sense, keeping VP high makes sense, being selective makes sense.... but from a human curation point of view, either scroll on by or give it 100%. That's my opinion, anyway.

The only exception is comments: I used to upvote a lot of comments, but it drained my VP (down to 10 - 20%) so low it destroyed my ability to effectively curate. Now I use tips like !BBH and !ALIVE and !WINE instead. Now my VP is usually between 40 - 50% and I'm still chipping in a nickel or so with my 100% upvote.
