What am I really out for this year? Could it be change or upgraded? Hmmm, change can be effected no matter how small, so also is upgrade I guess so I wouldn't want to settle for this to avoid laziness. So I have decided to be out this year 'to dare'. Yes, you heard me right, my achievement this year is tagged to achieving the impossible. I must be sure I ascertain the heights I have always shrunk from, do things I have always feared for a long time. One of the things I am happy about this year is the fact that I have started the year very strong and I don't want the adrenaline to go down.
So if I am out to achieve the impossible, I guess I should have a plan and it should not be a timid one. So I have decided to apply my formulated rule, I call it 'daniasi's by force rule'. You know that old saying, the table will definitely turn. Wait for the table, and if in the set timing it does not turn, turn the table. You heard me right, you need to dare things, if it was meant to turn, I guess someone must enforce it and maybe it was supposed to be you. You must be out to enforce what you are so determined to achieve. What can be done must be done, there is nothing wrong in breaking protocols to achieve the needful. There is no illegality in enforcing a vision which may be delayed. I want to get my team set, show them what to do and lead by example.
Force is a solution
Inasmuch as a lot always see the word force as a means of oppression, the context here is different, in short, the 'by force rule' is a vices versa. It is meant to force you out of oppression. If you do not dare what inconveniences you, it can trap you for a very long time. One of the things I so dare to get out of this year is limitation in every aspect of my life and to effect this change I have to force it my way. Just know that a man who refuses to give up is one that dares. Life has come to make me realize there is always a way. The word impossible exists because you are limited in knowledge and expectation, when you realize you could effect changes as much as you can imagine you will start forcing things your way.
Force is needed, I know you must have heard of Newton's first law 'a body remains in its state of rest or uniform motion unless acted upon by external force'. Note the word 'external force', it means things will happen the way it usually did, the frustrations of last year will continue, the unfinished projects may still be hanging unless you become the external force. Force is an authority and authority is power. No man has ever become great being timid, you must learn to say a loud no when necessary.
By force mentality
Successfully applying the by force rule will depend on the people you have around you. Friends, partners and team can shape your mentality. Avoiding toxic people around you can play a huge part in breaking into new grounds you never aspired to. I know the strength you can get when you have a team or someone within you who has the same mentality and drive as you, even better if it surpasses yours. People who wake you up early will go a long way. In the midst of frustration, that person that personally tells you it's not over is a force.
To turn an unturned table this year means to have all hands on deck. You can't achieve much alone, no one man will ever go far. There is a secret in teamwork, that's why a lot have reached heights while others remain in a struggling position. There were times I used to plan on achieving it all myself, inasmuch as I will be hugely needed, success is no one man business, get used to teamwork. You may think you are smart, wait until your friend, worker or colleague astounds you. I have seen this before, what would have taken me a week to plan through was resolved within minutes because I decided to hear from others.
Force is a promise
You must learn to keep to promises as the year breaks, if you wish to turn tables to your favor, keep to every promise. It is better you did not make them or it failed after execution than you failing to execute. Make sure you are sincere with your team when the revenue comes in every project. Breaking into difficult places means having the trust of a lot of people who will support, trust and push you.
Greed can deter force and lead to abandoned projects. I once told someone close to me, don't let lion shares get into your head when paying your colleagues, when they are gone, so also is the business. Get your team ready, tell them what you wish you achieve and how they will all benefit from it should the success be ascertained. Make sure you give them their due portion in every little success. Bit by bit, let that promise continues to manifest. I know sometimes things may not go as planned, for the sake of the promise, do well to reach out to them on time. They should know it was not personal.
To conclude let me add, you will need force if you wish to break into new territories. The essence of force is to evade unnecessary delays. Some projects and successes keep pending because we have given it the privilege to. Let me play a very intelligent game this year, I aim to always get it done, perhaps done well. There is much to achieve this year, I have that feeling that something great is coming our way this year, we just need to strategize and be confident to dare whatsoever wants to hinder us. Stay focused, stay vibrant, work with force.
