I fully understand your frustration. This is our first year with "step grandkids"
It has made it more challenging. My daughter lives six hours away so we do not know the new grandkids very well.
It has added to the holiday stress, but I try to focus on the true meaning of Christmas as opposed to the problems and stress of the season.
