I touched on an interesting topic for me personally from the area of what can be attributed to agriculture, which can become part of the life of a person who decided to settle far from the city and start receiving the fruit of the labor of his hands.
And this topic is fish farming, owning a pond in which you will breed, or grow fish that will become part of your poor table, or a product if you decide to sell the grown fish.
Reading my posts, you can think that I am trying to criticize everything, but this is not so, I want to know all the nuances that you can encounter and this is not only positive.
In fact, any business consists of a ladder of many steps that must be overcome in order to achieve what can be called a victory, or a harvest.
Sometimes people skip several steps, and then realize that the steps they did not attach importance to are very important and become a stumbling block for further steps up.
One such, at first glance insignificant step is the concept of ownership in fish farming.
It's not like owning your own garden where no one but you can dig up your carrots and no one but you has the right to milk your cow, and in fish farming, unless it's growing fish in pools indoors, it's not like that.
Having bought or rented a pond, you can't forbid residents of neighboring villages to swim there, fish, have picnics, and this, as a minimum, is connected with the garbage that remains on the shore of the lake, and on its bottom.
Imagine a situation where you go out into your kitchen in the morning and your neighbors are already frying eggs on your gas stove, scattering eggshells everywhere and shouting that they have the right to do this!
This is perhaps the first and most important point that should be understood by the person who decided to engage in fish farming and determine for himself whether he can put up with it or not.
But there are also advantages to this, because the neighbors' geese and ducks will freely swim around the lake and feed the fish, and the cattle grazing on the shore will eat the grass and you will not need to mow it lol.
After the appearance of a salary, as a starting point in fish farming, this should be the first step, but some people encounter this after they have already invested their money in the acquisition of young fish and they have no way back.
