You should be able to get about 9.5% curation rewards with the hive power that you have. One issue might be that you vote with too little hive power. Make sure not to vote with less than 30% otherwise you will lose the curation rewards of these votes. The other problem that you should avoid is to leave your voting power at 100%. An idea is to set an automated trail with hive.vote and to let it votes when voting power is over 95% for example.
