This is our day 2nd in Gokarna. The hotel was good but lots of mosquitoes disturbed our sleep. and we woke up early in the morning After refreshing we had local breakfast at a local restaurant and we started exploring Gokarna at daylight. Walk on the main street of Gokarna.
During Mahashivratri, devotees pull chariots carrying idols of Shiva and Parvati. The chariots are still decorated and standing there for one week.

Somebody a garden lover made a very nice bonsai garden right on the street.
Lots of good quality spices tea nuts and smoky incense shops lined up on the street.

After walking around all the shops and the beach we walked to the next beach and returned to the hotel after spending our day there. while coming back to the hotel these few photos I took.
