Hello people!
One more time, into the paradise. We explore again this magical natural world where water is the protagonist along with the green vegetation and the animal world, we return to the Iguazu Falls National Park, on the border between Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay.
But this time we are going by water, in this natural park there is a river that becomes a natural border between countries, so it is a unique opportunity to see the wonderful waterfalls in a different incredible way. Let's sail and swim there!
The Border River
We decided to go rafting on that iconic river, but the waters were too calm, so we just cruised along in one of the boats while enjoying the stunning views on both sides. Lush vegetation and splendorous waterfalls.
During some of those moments, not only were we in the boat, with our orange safety vests, but also the guide told us to jump in and swim a little, because everything was calm. So I swam, with one arm and one leg in Brazil and another arm and one leg in Argentina, crazy! The Argentine guide told us to swim more to one side, not to go over to the other country, through the water.... jajaja (what a special unforgettable moment).
We continued sailing while enjoying unparalleled views, walls of powerful water that splashed us, when the boat came close we showered with fresh water, there, truly enjoying paradise. We felt amazed and also refreshed by the water after swimming, also in the boat, only taking the camera out of the bags prepared to take some photos when the boat moved away from the falls. It was not easy to take photos when we were swimming and just getting wet in the boat under the falls themselves.
Wrapped by vaporous water and by an intense but relaxing sound while we swayed, the sensation was inexplicable and totally wonderful. And again a beautiful rainbow accompanied us, as always. The experience was even more perfect. Paradise is powerful and perfect.
And we returned to the calm waters of a magnificent and impressive place, while the light of day was changing and we were still amazed by such a wonderful, unique and fantastic experience. Nature offered us an amazing spectacle, full of life and energy, also a curious and fun moment, there we were crossing a river that placed us between two countries that are fortunate to enjoy a spectacular natural national park.
But, apart from river, waterfalls, vegetation, is there anything else? Are there animals? Yes, and we were able to see some, in the next post I will show you! I hope you enjoyed this experience. See you soon!
