Your ideas for dealing with malfunctioning electronics made me chuckle, because I feel the same way. I love it when they work, I hate it when they don't. I hope you get yours figured out before you lose your wits.

        I do not understand days when they refuse to work, my daughter tells me it is human error, my fault. I can not figure out what I am doing wrong. I think the computer wants to F with me.
