Pront: "Nueva tarifa"
Alicia y Rodrigo, habían decidido salir de viaje al oriente del país, ellos estaban muy emocionados, ya que sería su primer viaje juntos desde que habían empezado su relación hace unos meses en la universidad.
Ambos eran estudiantes de historia, y tenían planes para visitar los lugares históricos de Ciudad Bolívar, que era una ciudad que solo conocían en libros, debido a que ellos eran del Estado Zulia, que es uno de los más occidentales del país y no habían tenido la oportunidad de ir al oriente todavía.
—Ya hice la maleta y además hice un itinerario, de los sitios que debemos conocer. La idea es que lo revises, y le hagas cualquier aporte, cariño. —dijo Alicia emocionada.
—¡Qué bueno eso, nos va a ayudar bastante, ya que vamos cortos de dinero! —comentó Rodolfo.
—No te preocupes, recuerda que ya cuadramos la estadía en la posada, y tenemos la oportunidad de cocinar ahí, y además será nuestra primera aventura de estudiantes mochileros. — Comentó alegremente Alicia.
—Bueno, estamos listos, mañana al terminal, compramos los pasajes y nos vamos. — Le dijo Rodolfo, con voz entusiasmada.
Al llegar al terminal, Alicia y Rodolfo fueron a la casilla de la empresa de autobús para comprar sus pasajes, ellos estaban muy contentos, ya que la empresa les daba la oportunidad de comprar de una vez el pasaje de ida y vuelta, y eso les garantizaba el traslado, ya que el pasaje, era uno de los gastos más fuertes del viaje.
—Buenos días, señora, hice una reservación de dos pasajes de ida y vuelta para Ciudad Bolívar, acá están los datos de la reservación. — Le dijo Alicia a la cajera.
—Perfecto, pero hubo un ajuste en el precio de los pasajes, y los dos boletos, tienen una nueva tarifa de 225 $. —dijo la cajera.
—¡Cuánto! Pero es una locura, son más de 80 $ de aumento. —dijo Alicia, molesta por la noticia.
Alicia le comentó a la cajera que vendría un momento y se retiró de la taquilla, para hablar con Rodrigo, que estaba, arreglando los morrales y comiendo un bocadillo de guayaba, mientras la esperaba.
Alicia le comentó a Rodrigo la nueva tarifa de precios, y ellos decidieron buscar precios en otras empresas, ya que no les alcanzaba el dinero para el viaje, pero todas las empresas tenían un precio igual o más alto.
Al final de la mañana, Alicia y Rodrigo volvieron frustrados a la casa, debido a que la nueva tarifa de los precios del pasaje, les había frustrado su viaje.

Alicia and Rodrigo, had decided to go on a trip to the east of the country, they were very excited, since it would be their first trip together since they had started their relationship a few months ago at university.
Both were history students, and they had plans to visit the historical places of Ciudad Bolívar, which was a city they only knew in books, because they were from the State of Zulia, which is one of the westernmost in the country and had not had the opportunity to go to the east yet.
—I've already packed my suitcase and also made an itinerary, of the places we should know. The idea is that you check it out, and make any contribution to it, honey. — said Alicia excitedly.
—That's great, it's going to help us a lot, since we're short of money! — Rodolfo commented.
—Don't worry, remember that we have already arranged the stay at the inn, and we have the opportunity to cook there, and it will also be our first backpacker student adventure. — Commented Alice cheerfully.
—Well, we're ready, tomorrow to the terminal, we buy the tickets and we're leaving. — Rodolfo told him, in an enthusiastic voice.
Upon arriving at the terminal, Alicia and Rodolfo went to the box of the bus company to buy their tickets, they were very happy, since the company gave them the opportunity to buy the round-trip ticket at once, and that guaranteed them the transfer, since the ticket was one of the strongest expenses of the trip.
—Good morning, ma'am, I made a reservation for two round-trip tickets to Ciudad Bolivar, here are the reservation details. — Alicia said to the cashier.
—Perfect, but there was an adjustment in the price of the tickets, and the two tickets, have a new fare of $225. — said the cashier.
—How much! But it's crazy, it's more than $80 increase. — said Alicia, upset by the news.
Alicia told the cashier that she would come for a moment and left the ticket office, to talk to Rodrigo, who was, arranging the bags and eating a guava sandwich, while he was waiting for her.
Alicia told Rodrigo about the new price rate, and they decided to look for prices in other companies, since they could not afford the money for the trip, but all companies had an equal or higher price.
At the end of the morning, Alicia and Rodrigo returned to the house frustrated, because the new fare of the ticket prices, had thwarted their trip.
