Yes, but there is also a bad side to technology, like when you need to call a business or doctor's office, it is rare that you can talk to a real person. It made it easy for the people who work there but not for their customers.

You have to go through a lot of options but none fit your need, then you get put on hold FOREVER and I either give up to have to start over another day or I wait and wait, and wait!!!!! This is with the TV service.
