Hi Galen, during the week I usually eat out, although every Thursday (on that day there is always paella on the menu in Madrid restaurants) I meet two friends for lunch and we talk about our things. Although I don't dislike eating alone either, it is an important moment of the week.

On weekends I do enjoy the food my mother makes. She is older now and every moment I spend with her is a gift for me.
