The name of the anime characters are "sensei Kakashi" And "Hisoka Morow" from the anime "naruto" And "hunter x hunter". I love these animes so much so I took my favourite characters and made a rough sketch on them. Sorry if the pencil art is too thick or rough. I didn't really show workings on this particular art work so I will next time.
