RE: 3 reasons you should get some LOLZ token

in LOLZ's Fun House10 months ago

The LOLZ richlist shows only one LOLZ millionaire and that is @lolzbot.

The bot built its fortune on its rich sense of humor.

There is a Scotbot configuration page however the bot acts like its using smart contracts. Is their a configuration page or whitepaper for LOLZ sitting around somewhere?

What are the keywords? Scotbot shows the words: "funny,fun,jokes,lolz,hive-155986"

The tokenomics page shows that I am a jester working my way to becoming a class clown.

Even as a jester, I rarely use four calls a day.

BTW: What is the relation between LOLZ and #FUN? They both were created by the same account?

Hi!

Thanks for the questions.

Regarding the @lolzbot's LOLZ holdings. That is the mining and farming pool. We may have over minted at the beginning, but we are not/will not sell LOLZ from the pool. We have been considering burning a big chunk of it so that it doesn't stick out. Most importantly, @lolzbot's holdings are not factored in on any of the dividend calculations.

As you note, we have a Scotbot for the LOLZ token and the FUN tokens, and people can earn FUN and LOLZ when they use our "fun" tags (both tokens use the same tags with the exceptions that LOLZ has #comedy, and FUN has #play2earn. The two are sister tokens and part of The LOLZ Project.

The @lolzbot joke bot is our own homebrewed tipping bot, originally based on the #pizza public code.

Our voting, farming, and dividend scripts are homebrewed as well.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and keep on laughing! !lolz

What do you mean by smart contract ? I don't know to be honest ....
The key words are the tag you get lolz from posting by.
The link is just same vibe and same creator.

Thanks,

Truthfully, I thought that the !LOLZ command was the only reward mechanism for the bot; so I only bought enough LOLZ to execute the command.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to figure out the configuration for the different bots.

Originally, scotbot did the distribution for all of the tribes. HIVE added a new mechanism that I believe is called "Smart Contracts" as an alternative. I can't find the configuration page for this new mechanism, which is frustrating.

Thanks for the response.

I think this may be what you are looking for - https://tribaldex.com/scotbot

It is what we used to setup our two tribes.

There is a scotbot configuration page for LOLZ .

https://scot-api.hive-engine.com/config?token=LOLZ

Many tokens moved from scotbot to a "smart contract"; so it is hard to find the rules for communities.
