Voting a post or comment after its reward payout adds another vote on the list of voters, which is an alternative to commenting or tipping to show support to the content and its author. 🤓 I just can't explain why voting past payout time would still require the voter to choose a vote percentage more than 0% and not more than 100%. 🤯😅

The percentage that you choose for your vote will still be displayed on the list of votes, but will have no other effect. 🤯😅
