That guy won't know. It would be a rule made at the management level and then just filtered down.
I do agree, that is why I didn't bother to ask too many questions. He was very polite and I think he was actually doing his job very well and I complimented him about that. How many places have we been to, where security is non-existent?
Indeed. Or even places that are meant to have security but it is not really effective at all!
That's exactly what I'm talking about. Last week we had to go up to Johannesburg as my mother-in-law ended up in I.C.U. with heart failure. Coming from Durban we obviously arrived late in the evening but it was arranged that they would allow us to go in. As we arrived, I stopped right next to the security office at the gate. After making some noise, the guy came stumbling out of his little office, still on another planet after waking up...he ad no idea what was going on around him...
