Okay, I know about the tangerine. Are the two other things that look like fruits edible?

Yep, they're both edible. The round, brown fruit are longons, and they are similar to rambutan or lychees. The last one is katuk, also called Asian sweet leaf, Sauropus androgynus. The fruit, while edible, are not very palatable. It's used here as a high-protein edible green. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
