I know I have overworked when I hear and feel the cracks of pain in my shoulders. I wanted to get some clothes sewn for my younger brother a he was returning to his place of work very early the next day and finish up some kiddies outfit so badly I let myself go to that extent.
I said to myself, enough! It is not a do-or-die affair, you can always get back to it or have someone else do it, especially for my brother's outfit.
I am mighty glad I got to rest. A restful mind thinks more clearly.

As for deadlines, I always set a deadline for myself a week before the real deadline, so I am in the clear with my customer's outfits.😮💨
I am alive and grateful. Hope you are too.
