Thank you for sharing your experience. I was never head of the call center, but my previous job I was a quality supervisor for over a thousand representatives and quality representatives. I totally agree that you don't want to talk after. I moved from the first job (it included selling Girls Gone Wild videos and sold on TV gagets, music, physic lines and more) because I make more money working in insurance. :) thanks for the encouraging words!
