Thank you, my dear friend. I have been trying to stay active. A lot does depend on migraine, but I like setting goals, because it causes me push. My grandkids are precious to me and I'm so blessed. This one had behavioral issues and his parents split up, so it's even more important to help. Thank you for your encouraging words.
