If ever one of the owners (hopefully not) decides to quit (such as for the DUO project), the remaining owner still has a (good) chance of finding a new co-owner or passing the project to a new owner. π

Finding a co-owner still looks better than passing the ownership to someone else, as having a co-owner means that there would be at least two people again who would continue managing the project. π€π€
