I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I'd say that most Hivers would agree that starting out on Hive is not the easiest endeavor, given that there is so much to take in, learn, and understand, and because most newcomers are beginning their Hive journey from zero, which also means that just doing simple things on the Blockchain can be challenging due to a lack of Resource Credits. This is one of the many reasons why offering assistance to newbies is so essential, because it can strongly affect whether someone decides to leave, or call Hive their home. Regardless of help offered, however, building and growing an account from this initial starting place still takes notable time, focus, commitment, dedication, consistency, determination, patience, persistence, perseverance, and relentless tenacity.
Very thankfully things do get easier as we progress, however, because since so many assets (Hive Power, HBD in Savings, and multitudes of layer-2 tokens) on Hive function within a framework of compounding interest and exponential growth, the more we have, the faster these assets grow. It's basically a snowball effect, and our primary task initially is to get the snowball of growth started.
While it has definitely taken me some time and effort to accomplish, my own Hive snowball is now rolling quite nicely, and it's going faster as it gets bigger. That's part of the magic of Hive, that anyone is able to grow substantially on the Blockchain not only from his or her own efforts, but also due to the inherent nature of how Hive works. The snowball effect is built-in on Hive, which cannot be said for the other three sovereignty-driven blockchains, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon, where I am active. DeSo is the only one that has it, but to a far more limited degree.
This in-built snowball growth effect is one of my many favorite things about Hive, especially considering that the snowballing assets are self-custodial. I actually greatly enjoy the process of getting the snowball process started, and seeing it grow ever larger and faster over time. There's something very satisfying about it for me.
The snowball effect of compounding interest and exponential growth can go on for quite some time before assets move into a range that makes it possible for one to live off of them, but that is exactly the goal: to get the snowball going to such a degree that our assets begin to exceed what we can easily use. Imagine having an ever-growing and almost inexhaustible source of income and funds, because that's the target for which we're all shooting, and for as many Hivers as possible.
Yesterday, Friday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, a bit later than usual, just before 3PM, focusing my attention first on some photography for these posts, and for my entry in the Reflection Hunters Contest. When I was satisfied with the shots that I had gotten, I shared a comversation with Melekai down at Tutu's about her women's retreat, and I got to see the flyer that she had created for it. I'm still not sure if I'm going to be able go (I'd be offering bodywork to the ladies attending), however, as it depends on whether or not someone else is able to milk the cow while I'm away. We shall see. After talking with Melekai, I returned to the Flow House for a short bit, to do some token management. As soon as I finished that, I got my machete and collected a wheelbarrow full of assorted foliage for cow-milking food. It was early evening when I finished, after which I took a shower, collected my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and then I made my way back to the Flow House, to get into my evening round of Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything on Hive done by around 9PM, aftrt which I wrote and published My Entry for Reflection Hunters Contest: Round 196 - Never-Never Plant Reflections, and the after another quick catch-up on notifications, some token management, and a scan of my X feed, I went to bed a little after 11PM. I slept well again (7 days, one week, in a row!), waking up around 7:30AM, doing another round of token management, starting on this post, and then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee, and to milk the cow with Jo. Once milking was done, I returned to the Flow House to write this post. I had planned to go over to Lea's yesterday, to help her with her new phone, but that had to be rescheduled to today, so after I finish everything on Hive, and my tasks here at GaiaYoga, I'll walk over to Lea's for phone assistance. It's now just before 12PM, so a marvelous time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the after, to first focus on photography for these posts, straining and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao), collecting cow food for tomorrow morning, and then off to Lea's place. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's version of this post! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
