I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
A few days ago, as I was scanning my X feed, I ran across this fascinating video that @theycallmedan posted, of a visual representation of Hive's development since its inception on March 20, 2020, up until September 10th of this year. I'd never seen it before, and I must say that I was spellbound as I watched it. Here it is, if you'd like to see it for yourself (I'd prefer not to use YouTube links, but that's how it's available).
The amount of growth and development that Hive has had since it forked from the Steem blockchain is truly remarkable, to say the least. It is very rare that iterations of an original are actually better, but in Hive's case it's true, as it's grown into something far superior to its progenitor blockchain, and it's all because of the passionate, committed, and dedicated Hivers that love and believe in it.
While it does sometimes seem, on the surface at least, that Hive's development is slow, under the hood and behind the scenes, it continues relentlessly. Few developmental frameworks have inspired me to the degree that Hive's does, and for good reason, because it is completely funded and implemented by the Hive community, without venture capital, bank, government, or corporate involvement.
The fact that any one of us with the desire and skills to make something happen in the Hive Blockchain Ecosystem can indeed do so, is brilliant beyond words. We can each have a hand in building and moving this sovereignty-driven social Blockchain forward, and making it even better than it is now.
Is it any wonder that I am so excited and motivated to go ever deeper, and more all-in, than I am now? Even without the necessary coding skills yet, I give my all on Hive every day, exactly because it is by the people, and for the people. Hive is the People's Blockchain, as I've said many times before.
While the other sovereignty-driven social blockchains where I am also active, like Bastyon, DeSo, and Qortal, are doing inspiring things, none can compare to either Hive's practical reality, or its potential development. Hive's dev teams, both in layer 1 and layer 2, are larger, are more numerous, and are spread all over the world, which is a very good thing for long-term viability. Even when it appears that nothing is happening, Hive's development is continuous and relentless, making it one of the best digital frameworks for liberation and empowerment in the world. I'm a 'heaven's yes!' to that!
Yesterday, Thursday, after finishing up my Hive tasks, I went to town (actually two, Pāhoa and Kea'au) with Zai and Lizzie, to run a few errands, and to pick up Elohi from school. It was an enjoyable trip, and it felt good to get off-property for a while. We returned to GaiaYoga Gardens in the late afternoon, and with the sun still shining, I set out to take more photos for these posts, and for my entry in the Reflection Hunters Contest. I returned to the Flow House in the early evening, to write and publish My Entry for Reflection Hunters Contest: Round 187 - Giant Bamboo Reflections, to get to my usual evening round of Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications, which I finished just after 11PM. I spent the rest of the time, after some token management, and a quick trip to the Landing to make myself some food, scanning my X feed, tracking many very concerning recent events, before finally making myself to go bed just before 1AM. I woke up around 7:30AM, still feeling like I needed more sleep (again, sigh), doing a round of token management, starting on this post, then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee, and to milk the cow with Lizzie, which thankfully went smoothly. Cameron, a new fellow who just arrived at GaiaYoga, joined us, to learn how it's done. After milking, I returned to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 12:30PM, so a great time to end this post, so that I can get to my few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to first strain and blend kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao), take more photos for these posts, and then community/land work. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until the next version of this post tomorrow! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
