I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in a 16-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. While there was sun today, clouds dominated the sky for much of the day, with scattered rain here and there. Aside from the Leadership Council meeting that went from late morning to early afternoon, Hive and Arch Linux got my full attention before and after the meeting, until about 3:30PM, when I finally left my lava perch in the Flow House to go do some work on the land.
Even with not doing as much engagement for the last two weeks, I've remained in the #4 place in the Hive Engagement League for both weeks. So the #4 spot is me doing my usual thing on Hive. To move higher up, I need to ramp it up a bit more. I'm OK with the #4 spot for the moment. Just doing my usual catch-up and tasks I do a lot of engagement anyway.
On Arch I finally finished getting all three of my Arch Linux installations updated and modified to work very well with my new glorious ASUS TUF F15 Gaming Laptop. I finished the last one (Arch2) today. God I love this machine! I don't think that I can ever get another type of laptop again! I don't even particularly care that it's a gaming laptop, but yeah, it can produce some excellent graphics too!
When I left the Flow House to go do some work on the land around 3:30PM, the first thing that I did was to move the sheep with Ano and Elohi. Luckily we only had to transfer them from one fenced section to another, so it didn't take long.
Ano asked me if I could give him a little bodywork, about half and hour, so I did that for a bit. Ano asks for bodywork a lot. When I finished working on him, we went to continue clearing cane grass with machetes along the new trails near Shiva-Shakti, that I had started with Elohi yesterday. We did some very focused machete work for about an hour and a quarter.
By the time I we finished working, I only had about 15 minutes before the community logistics meeting began, so I took a quick shower and made myself some food post haste, before finally going to the meeting. We're in the middle of another influx of new people, so there are lots of new faces, and more people are coming soon.
When the meeting finished just before 8:30PM, I grabbed a quart jar of my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, and headed back to the Flow House to dive back into Hive and Arch, though Hive got most of my focus. I did more catch-up and token management, and then I wrote and published my Index4Index Inspired Motivation: Aim Higher than You Can Conceive! post, and then I began on this one.
Between posts I updated my HP delegations, adding another 200 HP to stay within my new 30% range for delegated HP. I added 50 HP to @dhedge for a total of 100, I added
50 to @thisisawesome for a total of 100, and I delegated 100 to @brofi. As my HP keeps increasing, I'll add more to delegation, but always keeping it in the 30% range for total HP.
And on that note dear Hive friends, I shall now take my leave so that I can go to sleep. It's already past 12:30PM, and I'm getting very sleepy! I deeply appreciate you all! Until tomorrow!🙏💚✨🤙
