Kids have so unstable immunity. From the one hand, it isn't so experienced like an adult one, from the other hand, it's strong and powerful because it's a young organism, and the immunity response it always huge.
I had many times when my boy had a fever, I didn't give him fever fighting pills, and he was just fine the next day. The immunity power in action.
