Ideed, I make sure that my keys are well secured, given their extreme importance! I oniy have two devices from which I access Hive, or my accounts, my phone and my laptop. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Maybe you want to use an old device as an "air-gapped" (no Internet connection at all) storage for your most important blockchain private keys. 🤔🤓

That's a great idea, but they'd have to remain plugged into an electrical source. Electronics that don't have a near-constant electrical field running through them tend to die very quickly indeed. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I wonder if what you mean with "die very quickly" is that the device will just quickly run out of battery if not plugged in, or if it will no longer become inoperable faster the longer it is unplugged? 🤔🤯😅

I mean that the large amount of rain creates very humid conditions, and the moisture in the air causes the internal components of electronic devices to deteriorate, which makes them cease to function. The only thing that stops it, or at least msssively slows it down is to keep devices plugged in and on. My computer runs 24/7. My phone too. Same thing with my two routers. They live because they're always on. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Perhaps I could repurpose my old phone for that. I tend to keep it charged because I still have a lot of photos on it that I need to move somewhere else. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

You just need to make sure that your old phone doesn't and won't have any connection, so that you can maximize the security of your blockchain wallet keys. 🤓😏
Anyway, I wonder what keeps you from moving photos from that phone to somewhere else. 🤔😅
